Upper Level House Extension and Renovation

Project Brief

Our clients came to us looking to create more space for their growing family. They wanted a separate master bedroom, en-suite and retreat. They also wanted to create a home office space and make the existing dining/lounge area more usable.

To do this we demolished the existing single level, and redesigned the slab and footings due to existing subsidence problems. Then we re-built this space with both a lower and upper level.

The clients were ecstatic as they gained everything they were looking for, as well as increasing the value of their property.
